Ziggby Charity Program Content Regulations

These regulations (“Regulations”) are a part of the Ziggby Charity Program Agreement that governs your participation in the Ziggby Charity Program. They apply to your use of our trademarks and logos, referred to as "Ziggby Graphics". Strict compliance is required at all times and any violation of these guidelines will result in termination of any license related to the use of Ziggby Graphics. We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Ziggby Graphics and have the right to modify these guidelines at any time. We grant you a limited license to use the Ziggby Graphics for advertising and directing users to Ziggby in connection with the Ziggby Charity Program. In return, you grant us a limited license to use your trademarks and logos ("Your Graphics"). These licenses will automatically terminate upon your notification to us that you no longer wish to participate in the program or upon termination of the Ziggby Charity Agreement. We reserve all rights, title and interest in the Program, links, content and other intellectual property and technology. Any suggestions, reviews or modifications you provide to us will be granted a perpetual, paid-up, royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, freely transferable right and license to use, reproduce, perform, display, and distribute your submission in any manner.
