 INSPIRING PURPOSE, RECOGNIZING SUCCESS

# Building Purpose-Driven Workplaces

### About Us

At **Ziggby**, we believe that success isn’t just about profits—it’s about people, purpose, and positive impact. We’re on a mission to help companies create thriving workplaces by connecting employee recognition with meaningful social impact.

Founded on the principle that engaged employees drive growth and lasting change, our platform empowers businesses to reward contributions, inspire purpose, and foster a strong company culture. We bring together tools for employee rewards, volunteer programs, donation matching, and corporate fundraising, making it easy for organizations to embed social responsibility into their daily operations.

With access to 2M+ verified nonprofits, real-time tracking, and intuitive reward systems, Ziggby transforms how businesses give back and celebrate success. We’re more than a platform—we’re a partner in helping you build stronger connections between your employees, company values, and the communities you care about.

**Our Purpose:**

- To help employees feel valued, motivated, and connected to their company’s purpose.
- To simplify giving back and make social impact a core part of business success.
- To bridge the gap between recognition, engagement, and meaningful change.

Join us in creating a workplace where productivity and purpose go hand in hand, and every achievement helps drive a better world.

**Let’s make an impact, together.**
