Last updated December 7, 2024
This Business Account Agreement is in addition to the Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference, and is a legal agreement between you and Ziggby Group, LLC (“Ziggby”). All terms not defined in this Business Account Agreement are as defined in the Ziggby Terms and Conditions.
By creating and using a business account on the Ziggby platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Account Purpose
Business accounts are designed for companies, organizations, or other entities to access Ziggby’s platform features under either a free or paid subscription model. Each business account is managed by an authorized user designated as the “Administrator.” The Administrator may assign or revoke access for additional authorized users, including employees or other representatives. - Administrator Responsibilities
- The Administrator is the primary account owner and is responsible for managing the business account, subscription settings, and authorized user permissions.
- The Administrator ensures that all authorized users comply with this Business Account Agreement and the Ziggby Terms and Conditions.
- It is the Administrator’s responsibility to revoke access promptly if an authorized user is no longer affiliated with the business.
- Authorized Users
- Authorized users include employees or other representatives granted access by the Administrator.
- Authorized users may access and utilize the account features as designated by the Administrator but do not have the ability to modify account ownership or subscription settings.
- Subscriptions and Fees
- Business accounts may operate under a free or paid subscription plan. Details of subscription benefits, fees, and billing terms are provided during account setup or subscription modification.
- Ziggby reserves the right to change subscription fees or benefits with prior notice, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle, and you consent to recurring charges for your subscription unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Use of Content
By using the Ziggby platform, you grant Ziggby a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, worldwide license to use, distribute, display, perform, transmit, modify (for technical or formatting purposes), and reproduce the business’s name, logo, mission statement, text, images, and any other content provided through the business account profile or application (“Business Content”). This license is granted for the purpose of featuring the business on the Ziggby platform or in related services. - Employee Access
- Employees designated as authorized users by the Administrator must be logged into their accounts to perform actions such as creating or managing fundraisers.
- Administrators are responsible for setting and maintaining employee access levels.
- Account Security
- The Administrator is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and ensuring that authorized users also maintain the security of their access credentials.
- Notify Ziggby immediately in case of suspected unauthorized access or activity on the account.
- Prohibited Activities
Business accounts may not be used for fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or any unlawful purpose. Violations of this agreement may result in suspension or termination of the account. - Disclaimers
- Ziggby acts solely as a platform provider and does not guarantee any specific outcomes for business-led campaigns or initiatives.
- Ziggby is not liable for disputes between businesses, employees, donors, or other third parties.
- Updates to Terms
Ziggby reserves the right to update this Business Account Agreement at any time. It is the Administrator’s responsibility to review the terms periodically for changes.
